Renewing your SSL Certificate or Additional Purchases
Renewing or purchasing additional products is very simple!
1. We will send you a renewal notice. (You must set your virus and spam filter within your email clients as well as your servers to allow all email from "ebizid.com")
2. Once you receive your renewal notice you can renew by proceeding through the checkout process from within your client administration center, just follow the steps below.
You must be logged into your client administration center to perform these tasks so the order gets added to your account automatically.
Lets get started!

Choose the certificates in the cart
Select the certificate type
Click add to cart
Verify the order then click checkout
At the check out screen you will be asked for your new CSR, please be sure to have your CSR and paste it into the text area.
Now click Place Order
You will be taken to the invoice screen within your account where you then can view and pay the invoice. if your credit card is on file in our system just hit pay invoice and your all done. your certificate will be issued within 4 hours!
If your credit card has expired or you have been issued a new credit card please click on the profile link, then the credit card link. You will then be given the option to enter your new credit card details. Once you have entered your new credit card details you can continue to pay your invoice by clicking on the Invoice tab at the top of the page.

Submitting your CSR is easy, just submit your CSR with your renewal order, however in some cases one person may order the certificate and then the IT staff or the hosting company may need to submit your CSR, in this case please follow the instructions for Submitting the CSR
