EBIZID adheres to rigorous validation, issuance and support practices for every certificate we issue. because of the nature of the products we sell (Digital Goods) we offer a limited refund policy only under the following circumstances:
Limited Refund Policy
Before your certificate has been issued and after we have started the validation process you are entitled to a refund minus a 15% servicing fee.
Refund Requests Procedures
In order to qualify for a refund, the cancellation must be made prior to the issuance of the certificate and all cancellation requests must be made through our support desk, we can not accept email cancellation requests, this serves 2 purposes, 1) it allows the tracking of the cancellation as many times email gets lost or ends up in spam filters and 2) it allows us to provide you with a confirmation of the cancellation and provide a timely response to the request.
After your certificate has been issued refunds will not be available
Re-Issue Policy Period:
Our re-issue policy is one of the longest in the industry, we allow our customers to have their certificates re-issued for an unlimited number of times during the first 30 days of their order providing the fully qualified domain has not changed. If a mistake has been made during the order process and a incorrect domain was entered please contact us immediately so that we can correct this before the validation process begins.
Important Information for customers using IIS 4, 5 and 6 with Host Headers enabled
The use of host headers is not recommended nor supported by Microsoft nor EBIZID, therefore if you intend to install a certificate while using host headers on your IIS server you are doing so at your own risk.
EBIZID will not warranty any certificates that are to be issued for the use on a Microsoft IIS 4 & 5 server using host headers.

Customers using IIS host headers have already been alerted to the fact that technical issues may prevent your certificate from working correctly and undertake to attempt to use an EBIZID certificate at your own risk. No refunds will be issued at anytime you can however have your certificate re-issued for up-to 30 days.
It is strongly suggested that you first apply for a Trial Certificate and fully test your system prior to purchasing a certificate for use with host headers.
